Have you heard about P-EBT?
If your child is eligible for free or reduced priced meals (application), then you may be eligible for P-EBT through the end of the school year.
Has your family moved in the past two years? Make sure your address is up to date by contacting your child's school office to update your address information. There is no need to apply, eligible students will get their benefits in the mail.

You must reapply each school year. Please return applications to the student's school office, or mail to Chimacum Food Services at P.O. Box 278, Chimacum, WA 98325.

Things to remember when applying for Free/Reduced Priced Meals:
Refer to the Meal Charge Policy to review the program details and prices.
You must reapply each school year.
Only one (1) application per family.
If you are currently enrolled in the program, your student will retain their status from the previous year until mid-October or until a new application is filled out and a change in status is made. If you do not return a completed application before mid-October, your student will be returned to full-pay status and be charged for full price meals.
New applicants will be notified of status through a mailing within 10 days of receipt.
If your student has a medical condition that requires diet modifications, you must complete and submit a Request for Dietary Accommodations. The completion of this form will enable us to meet your student's special dietary needs.
Breakfast will be served at no cost to those children who qualify for free and reduced-price meals in Kindergarten through 3rd grade. All other students (Preschool and 4th-12th graders) will be charged the rate that is documented in the Letter to Households.
